Defibrillator

A defibrillator is available in front of the campsite reception.

When to use a defibrillator? In front of a person in cardiac arrest, the defibrillator is placed as soon as possible. After seeing the cardiac arrest and alerting the The DAE uses CPR in parallel. It does not replace it! The two are complementary to help the victim.

If there is one near the victim, it must be used immediately, as soon as the call for help is made. If there is no one accessible in less than 10 seconds, send someone to get one and start the massage right away. If there is a defibrillator, it will be used systematically, regardless of the victim’s situation or age.

While waiting for help to arrive, look for someone on the campsite who knows first aid gestures. Quickly dry the victim if wet.
